ELCs Back at Home

After I finished travelling as an ELC and moved into my current position, I assumed I would travel less. It’s funny how perception does not always equal reality, especially when it comes to assuming anything with a new position, whether it be school, work, personal, etc.

The last three weeks have seen me at Murray St., New Mexico, Northern Michigan, Scottsdale, and finally wrapping up last week at AFA for a week. The best part of getting back to the office, though, was the fact that the ELCs are back at HQ in Indy. You undergraduate brothers are so lucky to have experienced this crew of ELCs. With out a doubt (and I can say this and eat a slice of humble pie), this is the best group of ELCs we have had in years, my travelling years included.

They are here for the right reasons, and I see it and hear it every day, with brothers, universities and former staff all singing kudos to the consultants.

We are holding the ELC/Senior Staff football game next week, and we are also looking for a third victory in a row over TKE’s headquarters in our annual bowling match. Lot’s of work to do, but it’s nice to have a little fun with the team.
