Lambda Chi Alpha has always been on the cutting edge when it comes to leading the fraternal world in initiatives that make a difference for its members. We created an Associate Member program that abolishes Pledges and makes our new members equal to our existing members. It is a program based on mutual pride and respect. We offer a top of the line leadership program called Impact Leadership. This program offers an opportunity for our members to experience leadership training that some businesses today use to train their employees.

So what is the next big thing? The Joseph T. Charles Mentor Leadership Program is. If you have not joined the network yet, what are you waiting for? This program offers you an opportunity to network and learn from many talented alumni members who are CEO’s, President’s and Vice President’s of corporations across North America.
